UW Health Stroke Conference
The UW Health Comprehensive Stroke Program sponsors an annual spring conference to present the latest information about acute stroke and stroke prevention. The conference is intended for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners that care for patients during the acute phase of stroke and/or in prevention counseling for patients at an elevated risk for stroke. UW faculty members representing Vascular Neurology, Vascular Neurosurgery, Neuroendovascular Surgery, Neuroradiology, Preventative Cardiology, and Rehabilitation provide short, clinically-focused talks.
